Customer Support and Grievance Handling Mechanism

NJ seeks to redress customer grievances and complaints in a time-bound manner. In order to accomplish this, customers are strongly requested follow the instructions given below.

For NJ Trading & Demat account customers:

  • Any query or grievance can be directly submitted through your E-Wealth login portal under the ‘Help and Support section’, by calling NJ Customer Care on 0261-4025000/ 0261-6155000 and/ or an email addressed to the email IDs mentioned in the Investor Grievances Escalation Matrix.

For NJ Wealth Partners:

  • Any query or grievance can be directly submitted through your NJ Partner desk under the ‘Help and Support section’ or by calling NJ Customer Care on 0261-4025000/ 0261-6155000.

NJ Customer Care availability

  • Mon to Fri - 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays - 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. NJ Customer Care will be unavailable on the 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month as NJ Head Office remains closed.
